The large project we refer to as "Napa Junction" consists of 40 acres of mixed use retail, hotel, service commercial, residential and restaurant property on the east side of Highway 29, 7 miles south of downtown Napa, at the entry to Napa County and the famous Napa Valley.
This property is anchored by a Wal-Mart Supercenter, one of the very few in California, and has been acclaimed as a commercial success.
It is currently the only Napa County parcel able to accommodate large retail tenants. Upwards of 60,000 cars per day (including 60% of the 5 million tourists annually visiting the Napa Valley) pass the 2,000 feet of frontage in the City of American Canyon.
